At Filli & Me, it is essential for us that you are satisfied with your purchase and we endeavour to ensure we meet your expectations. We provide quality products and conduct regular tests and audits.

However, to maintain utmost customer services we provide return or exchange of the products. Please read below the return and exchange policy that we follow before proceeding with the same.

Return or exchange will not be done of any product if it is not in the original packaging or if the product has been used or damaged. The product should be in the same condition as it was delivered.

Please follow the following steps for any refund/exchange:

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the delivery of the product.
  • Please write an email to us at hello@filliandme.com with the Order number as the subject line within the time stipulated above.
  • We offer free pick up in selected locations within 5 days of our email to you notifying that we have received your request for return/exchange.
  • If free pick is not available for your location, you will have to post the product to us at our official address.
  • The product will be examined before it is taken to be returned/ exchanged. However, this does not assure the return/exchange of the product.
  • We will carry out a further examination at our end within 2 days of the pickup of the product and will notify you via email if we are proceeding with the return/exchange.
  • Once your return/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund back into the same mode of payment through which the payment was made.
  • Please retain a proof of the postage until the refund has been processed.
  • Banks normally take 2-5 days to refund the amount after the same has been initiated from our end. However, this will depend on the policy of the card issuer or the respective payment mode used at the time of purchase, whichever is applicable.
  • In case you are exchanging the product, the new product will be dispatched to you within 2 days of the email to you notifying that we will be exchanging the product.
  • In case of COD orders refund will be sent to the account number provided by the customer to the customer care.

Please note that shipping charges are not refunded to you unless there has been an error at our end.
